We make a reservation in your name, under our membership, and you get all the same RE member benefits as us, with no obligation to attend a sales presentation or buy a membership.

We can usually offer better pricing than you can get by booking through other methods, such as Expedia, plus we offer the great RE benefits you can't get elsewhere.

Fill out the request form for the reservation of interest and we will contact you ASAP to answer any questions and submit a reservation request for you.

While the resort may offer you some items or discounts if you choose to attend a sales presentation, you are not required to do so. Declining the invitation will not impact your stay, price, or benefits.

You can book a Royal Elite room thru other sources, however you will not get the Royal Elite black wristbands unless booking though a member such as us.

No, the room needs to be booked thru a RE member in order to get the RE benefits. Even the RE rooms booked directly with Sandos do not have RE benefits.

But there are instances where we have successfully helped customers transfer a Sandos deposit to a RE reservation so they can get the RE benefits. Contact us for assistance

Yes! we now have an affiliate relationship with InsureMyTrip to cover your Sandos or NC trip.  To get your quote, please follow this link.

For Cruising, the cruise lines also offer trip insurance and that can be purchased along with you next cruise

When we send you the reservation for review and approval, we will ask for payment.  Payment to book is the room fee and 15% deposit to the resort.  When you arrive at the resort you will pay the remaining balance and city tax (if applicable).

Transaction fees will be added to the deposit, depending on which payment method you choose. No additional fees added to pay the balance.

For the Sandos/Palmai reservations, the transportation is not included.  We will provide you referrals to a couple of local contacts you can use.  Seek and Go is also an option.  This option is thru the resort and if you would like to book one of the discounted transfers please let us know when you make your room reservation.
