SANDOS RESERVATION POLICY:
ROOM RENTAL FEES:
- Must be paid once the resort provides a reservation confirmation. The airfare, all-inclusive fees, transportation from the hotel to airport are not included in the room rental fees.
ALL INCLUSIVE FEES:
- 15% of the total is required to secure their reservation, once you receive the confirmation. Room fee and All Inclusive fees are both required to make a reservation.
- The remaining 85% of resort fees will be payable at the hotel when you check in.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
- Rebooking to new dates is always an option, and there are no penalties to rebook with at least 10 days’ notice prior to arrival.
- If the Renter choses to cancel vs rebook, a full refund of resort and room fees paid to Bries Vacation Rentals LLC will be provided if requested at least 10 days prior to arrival date.
- Any monies that is paid directly to Sandos Resorts will not be refunded by Bries Vacation Rentals LLC and are not subject to the Refund policy of Bries Vacation Rentals LLC. Refunds requests for monies paid directly to Sandos Resorts follow Sandos Resorts policies and at the discretion of Sandos Resorts.
- If the Renter needs to change dates, they must notify Bries Vacation Rentals at least 10 days prior to arrival date to make a change without penalty.
WEDDING/LARGE GROUPS
- Dates can be moved without penalty, up until 10 days prior to arrival.
- $50 service charge per room required to move dates if request is less than 10 days prior to arrival.
- If a reservation must be cancelled versus rebooked, we retain up to $200 of the Room Fee for Jr Suite class rooms (typically the smaller rooms) and up to $300 for One Bedroom class rooms (larger or special rooms including the penthouses, ocean views, and eco family suites). Resort fee deposit is non refundable.
- Any moneis that is paid directly to Sandos Resorts will not be refunded by Bries Vacation Rentals LLC and are not subject to the Refund policy of Bries Vacation Rentals LLC. Refunds requests for moneis paid directly to Sandos Resorts follow Sandos Resorts policies and at the discretion of Sandos Resorts.
- Cancelation notice must be given via email at least 10 days prior to arrival to receive any deposit refund.
- Cancellation notices less than 10 days will forfeit entire deposit. For situations where the resort is forced closed, we will work out an alternate plan, depending on the circumstances.
All Reservations with Bries Vacation Rentals LLC are considered Flexi Rate per the Sandos Resort Policy.
Bries Vacation Rentals LLC highly recommends the Renter to purchase medical/trip cancellation insurance.
