The house is located between the Boardwalk and the Aquarium, just 5 mins to Fort Fisher State Recreation Area. Guests also have private beach access right across the street. This 2 story four-bedroom, three-bath beach house can sleep up to 16 people. The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including: **The top level main living space: - The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, and plenty of counter space, making it easy to cook up delicious meals for your group. Plus, with an open layout, you'll never miss a moment of the fun happening in the living areas. - For coffee lovers we have a filter coffee maker and a keurig. - The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. - The other side boasts 2 bunk rooms for the kids with 4 twin over full bunk beds. - With two spacious living rooms, this home offers plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether you're curling up with a good book or enjoying a movie marathon with the family, there's plenty of room for everyone. - Tv’s in both living rooms and both master bedrooms. - Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi. - Central air conditioning. - Towels and linens are provided. **The lower level living space: - The second master suite with a queen-sized bed, also equipped with a microwave and a mini fridge, perfect for another couple or grandparents who want their own space. - Laundry room equipped large capacity washer and dryer. - The gorgeous backyard features outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the warm coastal breeze and gorgeous sunsets. Plus, there's plenty of space for the kids to run and play. - And last but not least, a fun-filled game room with a billiards table. Guests have full access to the entire unit.

The house has a keypad and we will send you details of key code prior to arrival. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles, making it easy for everyone in your group to park and unload their luggage. You can rent a cart or a beach cruiser bicycle for getting around the island. Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety. ***Visitors - No visitor is allowed on the property after 11pm, any person wishing to stay after 11pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate. - The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
