For the more adventurous, take your 4x4 for a thrilling drive on the sandy shores.

This new construction custom-built home boasts a vaulted ceiling on the third level, creating additional space and allowing ample natural light to flow in. With balconies on both the front and back levels, you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze and breathtaking views. The third-story entertainment area is perfect for hosting gatherings with family and friends, ensuring you don't miss a moment of fun. Each bedroom is elegantly appointed with comfortable bedding, ample storage, and a private bathroom, ensuring everyone in your group has a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including: * The top level living space: - Fully furnished spacious open plan living and dining space. - Savor the stunning sunsets from your private balcony. - Fully equipped kitchen opens up into a spacious, natural light filled living and dining space. Large island with seating and plenty of counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. - Tv’s in living room and bedrooms. - Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi. - Central air conditioning. - There’s a half bathroom on the top floor. * The second level living space: - The first master bedroom is featured a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower for added luxury and convenience. Also, includes a private balcony for yoga/meditation space. - The secondary master bedroom also has a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony. - Laundry room equipped large capacity washer and dryer. - Towels and linens are provided * The first level living space: - The third master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. - The forth master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin over full bunk bed. There's a full bathroom with walk-in shower next to the forth bedroom. - The first floor also features a convenient mudroom. This space serves as a transitional area, allowing you to store and organize outdoor gear, shoes, and other items. Plus there's an extra sleeping space with a pull out couch and a tv for your group member on the 1st floor.

* GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT. (Available upon request) Guests have full access to the entire unit. The house has a keypad and we will send you details of key code prior to arrival. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.  You will enjoy your privacy, however, you’re always welcome to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We’re here to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Families and children of all ages are very welcome but the house is not “child proofed” so you must ensure your own child’s safety. 

*** No visitor is allowed on the property after 11pm, any person wishing to stay after 11pm will be chargeable at the extra guest rate. The number of guests and visitors must not surpass the occupancy level for the property.
