Our new construction townhouse is the perfect place for families to vacation. Located in the Wilmington Beach area of CB, just a 6-minute walk to the beach. Our home is a short ride to downtown Carolina Beach where you can enjoy local food and attractions.

This brand new three-bedroom, three-bath home can sleep up to 9 people. The space itself is beautifully finished, and has all of the amenities expected including: - Fully furnished spacious open plan living and dining space - The master bedroom has a king bed, with a private balcony - The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and a futon - The fenced-in yard allows privacy as you sit out and relax with friends or family - Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two balconies - Free wifi - Large fully equipped kitchen, big island with seating, luxury appliances - Charcoal grill is located in the storage area - For coffee lovers we have a filter coffee maker - Smart Tv’s in living room and master bedroom - Washer and dryer - Central air conditioning - Ceiling fans in all rooms - Towels and linens are provided - Welcome basket - just a few complimentary things to your stay comfortable such as coffee, snacks, water bottles - GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT. (Available upon request) The house has a keypad and we will send you details of key code prior to arrival. The driveway is large enough to accommodate 4 vehicles.
